"Miss Finley, are dry socks one of my perks?" |
I used to have this page up and then discontinued it. In the intervening eons I thought it might be fun again to throw a few out now and then. 99 percent of these will usually be drawn only in ink, or ink and wash - in other words black-and-white. I'll try to vary them from time to time so as not to bore a returning visitor. The multi-panel drawings are somewhat akimbo as the originals of each panel were drawn larger - each on a separate piece of paper, and then each was reduced to fit on one page, which I just plopped down without great care. But you probably get the gist. Please Note: For this reason I can only sell copies of the multi-panel efforts, and are so noted; for other 1-panel drawings, etc., originals are (usually) available. And P.S. When tag lines are in pencil and unreadble, I have printed them also. g-127, "Oh, quit bitching -- nobody likes riding the subway." g-194 -- "Very nice. Is that art or kitsch?" g-158a - "They just don't make 'em like they used to." g-141a - "Miss Hanson, what exactly is our policy on outsourcing?" g-109 - "And this is my little Stephan. Stephan is a pain in the ass." g-139b - "The picture is a little brighter, however, for our illegal activities." g-124 - "Sorry, pal, but that's the last time you split your infinitives around here>" g138b - "Here's the deal - rose hips, wheat germ, and raw garlic - but for chrissake don't tell the A.M.A." g-191 - "Damn - Sure wish I had brought my camera." g-145a - "Sorry, Mrs. Henderson, we only do cats. Husbands you get down yourself" g-145a - "Miss Finley, are dry socks one of my perks?" | Return Home | Info to buy stuff | Political Cartoons | Golden Oldie Toons | Whimsical Watercolor Drawings | More Artsy Art | Mike's Books | GAG TOONS!
